Who we are

Agenteers is operated by Bamboe VOF, a Belgian general partnership (vennootschap onder firma) registered at Merendreedorp 75, 9850 Deinze, Belgium. Our KBO / VAT number is BE0711718494.

Privacy contact: hi@agenteers.ai. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — please address all GDPR requests to that email.

What we collect

Email signups. When you submit the form on the homepage, we store: your email address, a SHA-256 hash of your IP address (so we can spot abuse without retaining the raw IP), your browser's user agent string, the source page, and the timestamp.

Survey responses. If you complete the optional five-question survey after signing up, we additionally store: your selected level (starter / builder / operator / curious), your content and format preferences, your free-text answer to "what are you stuck on", your pricing-willingness answer, and a completion flag.

Newsletter subscription. We pass your email to Beehiiv (our newsletter platform) so you can receive our newsletter. Beehiiv stores the email and standard newsletter metadata (open and click events on emails you receive). We do not embed third-party tracking pixels in our newsletter.

Analytics — only if you accept. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These do not use third-party cookies and do not track you across websites; they record aggregated page views, performance metrics, and approximate location at the country level. If you click "Decline", they are never loaded.

Why we collect it

Email signups: to send you the newsletter and to study what kind of content the audience wants. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.

Survey responses: to shape what the community becomes. Legal basis: your consent.

Analytics: to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. Legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner.

Where it's stored

Email and survey data: Supabase, Ireland (eu-west-1).

Newsletter subscribers: Beehiiv, United States. Beehiiv processes your data on our behalf under their standard Data Processing Addendum, available at https://www.beehiiv.com/legal/dpa. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Beehiiv's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Site hosting: Vercel, with production response serving from Frankfurt and build artifacts stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

Email and survey data: until you ask us to delete it, or until the project is wound down. We will review and prune inactive contacts at least once per year.

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe (one-click in every email) or ask us / Beehiiv to delete your record.

Your rights

Under the EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hi@agenteers.ai to exercise any of these rights. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you believe we are mishandling your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

Cookies

We do not use any cookies for marketing or advertising. The cookie banner gates Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights only — if you decline, no cookies or local-storage trackers are set on your device by us. The banner stores a single value in your browser's localStorage to remember your choice.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way (new processors, new data types, new retention rules), we will update the "Last updated" date and — for material changes — notify newsletter subscribers.
